All who would like to practice with us are welcome!

  • Tuesday, 5:30am and 6:30pm
  • Wednesday, 6:00pm
  • Thursday, 5:30am
  • Friday, 7:30am
  • Saturday, 8:00am

If you are prompted for a passcode, use 108.

Our Wednesday night and Saturday morning practices include kong-an interviews with teachers. Meditation instruction is also available on these days.

  • 7:30am: 30-minute sit
  • 8:00am: Morning bell chant

Tuesday morning practice schedule

  • 5:30am: 108 bows
  • 5:50am: 40-minute sit
  • 6:30am: Morning bell chant

Wednesday night practice schedule (including interviews with teachers)

  • 6:00pm: Chanting
  • 6:20pm: 40-minute sit
  • 7:00pm: 10-minute break
  • 7:10pm: 30-minute sit
  • 7:40pm: Circle talk

Meditation instruction begins at 6:30pm.
Online Dharma talks monthly at 7:40pm. Check the events schedule for dates.
